Smokehouse 52 BBQ Catering can put together a simple pick-up meal for a dozen guests. We can deliver a complete meal for you to serve at your home or office. If you're thinking bigger, we can set up, stock, and manage a buffet for a crowd of hundreds (or thousands). Just let us know what you need.

Bulk To Go

Let us know when you want to pick up your order and we'll have it ready when you arrive. Please allow us at least 48 hours for any Bulk-To-Go orders. If you are traveling, or aren't serving immediately, we can pack your order cold and provide you with heating instructions.

Delivery / Setup

Let Smokehouse 52 BBQ bring the BBQ to you. Standard service covers a 25 mile radius. We offer a $50 catering fee for basic delivery* or a $100 catering fee for our Delivery Deluxe* which includes thermal packaging, buffet set-up, disposables, and serving pieces. Catering delivery is subject to the availability of drivers. We may not be able to accommodate all delivery requests or last minute schedule changes. *15% service fee will be applied. Need at least 1 weeks notice and a $500 minimum.

Events Staffing

For the ultimate Smokehouse 52 BBQ experience at your home, office, or other venue, we offer on-site service including setup and tear down of buffet, buffet management and replenishment. *On-site services are subject to staff availability. **A 15% service fee will be applied. Need at least 1 weeks notice and $500 minimum.
